All projects in LEND7 platform will be secured by mortgage of real estate, and the mortgaged property must be insured by Developer providing an insurance agreement to LEND7. A report by an independent property appraiser will be required on the value of the collateral. The value of property will be inspected every 12 months, or any other time if needed.
All in platform listed projects are funded under 75% of LTV.In case of insolvency of developer, Mortgage security will provide for LEND7 an option of selling the property to cover investments.
